Listening to podcasts has never been so easy. Here are some steps below to get you going.

iPhone or iPad :

Go to the application called "Podcasts" with the purple icon on your phone.

If you're reading this on an iPhone you can listen via iTunes.

Android or Tablet:

Androids are amazing because there is so much flexibility. Just jump into Google Play and download a podcast app. I've recommended some ones that I use below. After you download, search for "Bore You To Sleep" and get ready for a good night's rest.

PC or Laptop:

You can also search on any of the below web applications although iTunes will require you to install.
